This is a calculator for ideal gas law and it helps you establish the properties of an ideal gas subject to pressure, temperature, or volume changes.

The properties of the ideal gas law are summarized in this form: pV = nRT.

For this calculator, if three of the four quantities, pressure (P), volume (V), molar number (n), and temperature (T) are known, then the fourth quantity can be calculated for an ideal gas. If the molar mass of the gas is known, the mass of the gas can be used instead of the molar number.

How to Use:
Type the values of three quantities (P, V, n or T) into the corresponding fields of with the correct unit. The calculation is performed after a further click with the mouse on any free space of the window or on the “calculate” button. All results and the input values are shown in several units. Move the mouse over a unit or click on it to read its full name.
