Conductivity is the measure of how easily electricity flows through a material, electrical resistivity measures how much a material resists the flow of electricity. A low resistivity indicates a material that readily allows electric current. Resistivity is commonly represented by the Greek letter ρ (rho). The SI unit of electrical resistivity is the ohm-meter (Ω⋅m). The SI unit of electrical conductivity is siemens per metre (S/m). This converter is used to convert electric resistivity and the electric conductivity to different units.

How to Use:
First choose the correct unit in the corresponding pull-down-menu before you type a value. Type the value to convert into the field, behind which you find the unit. Click on any empty space in the window or on the “calculate” button. The converted result will be shown in the other fields. You can use the “reset” button to reset the process.
